Monday

  • 8:00 – 9:00am: Yoga with Dove – Enjoy this class for persons with all levels of experience.

Tuesday

  • 8:00 – 9:00am: Yoga with Dove – Enjoy this class for persons with all levels of experience.

Wednesday

  • 4:00 – 5:00am: QiGong with Paul – a Taoist style of QiGong which integrates Five Element Medical Theory

Thursday

  • 8:00 – 9:00am: Yoga with Dove – Enjoy this class for persons with all levels of experience.

Friday

  • 9:00 – 10:00am: Yoga with Dove – Enjoy this class for persons with all levels of experience.

Saturday

  • 9:00 am: Yoga with Pat – Iyengar-based yoga with Pat Albright. All levels of experience welcome. Emphasis on yoga basics. For info call 267-254-4467.

Sunday
