Mt. Airy CDC is as concerned as you are about the spread of COVID-19 in our neighborhood, city, region, and country. We want to remain as proactive as possible and to use our platform, the Go Mt. Airy Business Association, to continue assisting all the local businesses impacted by this shutdown.

It is apparent that the most pressing need for business owners comes in the form of cash assistance. In recognition of that need, Mt. Airy CDC has created a relief fund for the community to support local business during the indefinite shutdown. Your donation will be used to support businesses with short-term needs, be it for utilities, rent, wages, or other expenses. Read our announcement HERE.

The Cottage Bridge Foundation, a small family foundation, has pledged up to $5,000 in matching funds for local business relief. We are reaching out to see if you have any ability to help us reach our goal and have at least $10,000 to help support our local businesses in the time of great need. No amount is too great or too small. If you can, please donate HERE.

If you are able to donate, we will let you know which local businesses were assisted because of your support.

We know this is a difficult time for everyone, and we thank you kindly for your consideration.
