Monday

  • 8:00 – 9:00am: Yoga with Dove – Enjoy this class for persons with all levels of experience.
  • 6:00 – 8:00pm – Back-to-Basics with Angela – This 5-week series is a fun and helpful resource, designed for brand new beginners (as well as more practiced students) who desire to explore the roots of hatha yoga.

Tuesday

  • 8:00 – 9:00am: Yoga with Dove – Enjoy this class for persons with all levels of experience.

Thursday

  • 8:00 – 9:00am: Yoga with Dove – Enjoy this class for persons with all levels of experience.
  • 7:00pm – You Don’t Have to Be Teeny To Be a Yogini taught by Melanie Jones.

Friday

  • 8:00 am: Open Yoga – Practice independently in the Springboard space.
  • 9:00 am: Yoga with Dove – Enjoy this class for persons with all levels of experience.

Saturday

  • 8:30 am: Yoga with Pat – Iyengar-based yoga with Pat Albright. All levels of experience welcome. Emphasis on yoga basics. For info call 267-254-4467.
