In this workshop, we’ll dive in to the Buddha’s Seven Factors of Awakening, a path of qualities we can cultivate that help bring us peace and joy in our lives.

We’ll explore mindfulness, curiosity, energy, joy, calm, concentration, and peace–where do they come from? What do they feel like in the body? How do we encourage them?

Through meditation, activities, and discussion, we’ll tackle each Factor and break it down for our everyday lives. Bringing these seven qualities into our lives is a great way to roll in the new year!
