This 15-Hour Yoga Teacher Training is intended for seasoned yoga students looking to broaden their knowledge base and teachers wanting to acquire new tools to add to their healing repertoire. Unlike more active styles of yoga, restorative yoga prioritizes stillness and support, incorporating props such as yoga blocks, bolsters, blankets, and straps to bring your whole body into a deeply relaxed state. This course is designed to provide a practical understanding of this gentle, quiet practice and highlights how it can be utilized with students in both private and group sessions to create mind-body balance.
