John Anderson owns JLA catering and has worked in great kitchens in both NYC and Philadelphia. Working with Anthony Bourdain, Daniel Boulud and Ed Brown in NYC and with Alison Barshak in Philadelphia. As the owner of Solaris Grille, Johnny Mananas and Tequila Joes in the Philadelphia area, he has honed his skills as a chef, business owner, restaurant caterer and restaurant designer. He is well versed in menu development, bar and wine menus and catering menus.
