A five-week course on meditation and mindful living.

By the end of this course you’ll know how to:
— meditate easily and effectively
— sit comfortably during meditation
— focus your attention and avoid distractions
— reduce your anxiety and restlessness
— sleep deeply through the night
— be more mindful in difficult situations
— change old habits

You’ll learn:
— the neuroscience of relaxation
— the causes and cures for unhealthy stress
