In the Metta Sutta the Buddha encourages us to meditate, with compassion, standing, walking, sitting, and lying down.
In these day-long retreats we take time to relax with all our postures. We learn to welcome our desire, aversion, restlessness, sleepiness and doubt and hold them with gentleness.
Join us for for longer periods of practice, with some optional qigong, to settle and accept where we are with our bodies and minds.
You may enter and leave as your schedule allows.
