Springboard Studio

Springboard Studio is a space for mindfulness, creativity and well-being. Located in Philadelphia's Mt. Airy neighborhood, we offer free programs in mindfulness meditation, including instruction and daily sitting meditation times; fee-based yoga classes; arts-based workshops to enhance creativity; and therapeutic approaches to enhance well-being which are mind-body-person centered. Springboard also hosts seasonal art exhibits.

Fees: The meditation program at Springboard is free, open to the public, and operates on a system of dana or generosity. Other programs and workshops have a recommended donation or are fee-based, most with sliding scales, please contact provider for information.
